What are Credits?
Credits are a universal currency within our platform. Instead of negotiating hourly rates, you buy a credit bundle and spend them on any service. Different services cost different credit weights based on complexity.
How does the 30% upfront + EMI work?
You pay 30% today to start your project. The remaining balance is split into 11 equal monthly instalments, auto-debited via Razorpay e-Mandate. There is absolutely 0% interest — you pay the exact listed price total.
Who owns the files before final payment?
7 Color Box LLP legally holds the domain, staging files, and source code until the 12th and final payment clears. This is our operational guarantee clause and is transparently outlined in the service agreement you sign at onboarding.
Can I cancel mid-subscription?
Yes, you may cancel. However, since the work has been delivered, the remaining EMI obligations remain per the signed agreement. We'll also offer a 'Maintenance Shield' plan at ₹3,999/month to retain your essentials.
What happens to my files after 15 days?
Final files are available for instant download for 15 days after delivery. On day 16, they're archived (deleted from our cloud). You can retrieve them anytime for 1 Credit, which triggers our PM to re-upload from our office backup drive.
How many revisions am I allowed?
Each service has its own revision limit (shown on each service card). Post-delivery, you have a 14-day warranty for bug fixes only. New design change requests on day 15+ require a fresh credit spend.
