7 Color Box LLP uses a minimal set of cookies — only those strictly necessary to operate the platform securely and those that improve your experience. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.

2.1 Strictly Necessary (Cannot Be Disabled)
These cookies are essential for the website and client portal to function. Without them, you cannot log in, submit tasks, or use any authenticated features.

2.2 Functional (Improve Your Experience)
These cookies remember your preferences to make the platform more comfortable to use. They do not track you across third-party sites.

2.3 Analytics (Optional)
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our public marketing pages (not the authenticated portal). We do not use Google Analytics. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested before the cookie is placed.
Currently, no third-party analytics cookies are active.
3. Cookies We Do NOT Use
We explicitly confirm that 7 Color Box does not use:
- Advertising / targeting cookies — we run no on-platform advertising network.
- Social media tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) on authenticated portal pages.
- Third-party behavioural tracking cookies that follow you across other websites.
- Device fingerprinting techniques beyond standard server access logs.
4. Third-Party Services and Their Cookies
Some third-party services we embed may set their own cookies. We have limited control over these, but we only include services that are strictly necessary:

5. How to Control Cookies
5.1 Browser Settings
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the authenticated client portal (you will not be able to log in).

5.2 Do Not Track
Our platform respects the “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, we will not load any optional analytics scripts.
6. Cookies and Indian Law
India does not currently have a dedicated cookie consent law equivalent to the EU’s ePrivacy Directive. However, we apply best practices aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and the SPDI Rules, 2011, including:
- Full disclosure of what cookies we use and why.
- No placement of non-essential cookies without consent (when analytics are active).
- Clear mechanism to opt out of non-essential cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add new features or services. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform and updated here. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
